RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in the products that we make. We make everything for you after you order it, just for you. We love what we do and hope that you absolutely love your products. For that reason, sales are final, except for damage or incorrect order. 

With that being said, if you’re not in love with your new purchase, please contact our customer service team, we’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you! 

Order Modifications or Cancellation
Most of our products are made-on-demand; this means they are custom printed only after we received your order. As such, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it is processed.

On average, you typically have a 12-24hr window to contact our customer service before the item is processed.
(Note that during working hours, some orders can get processed within the hour.)
This is not cannot, however, a promise that we will definitely be able to stop your order from going through. Our staff will confirm with you as soon as possible of the outcome once they check with our production department.

Please note that if your item has already been printed but not shipped, we will have to charge a cancellation fee depending on the item in question.

Cancellation fees
Since our products are made-on-demand, we are unable to put back in stock your order once they’ve been processed. As such, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee depending on the product that’s been ordered.

Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Depending on the item in question, due to the large volume of requests received by some of our partner manufacturers, returned packages are automatically destroyed by the courier. In such cases, we are unable to provide a full refund and will proceed by charging a cancellation fee as mentioned in above policy.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Hunter's Corner we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy.
As most orders are handmade and processed manually, errors do happen. If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect order, we’re more than happy to fix it for you!

If it’s a sizing issue (too big/small), simply send us a picture of the item in question next to a measuring tape so we can confirm where the issue is. Please send all relevant pictures and details to support@hunterscornercollection.com, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Customized Item

Please be certain of spelling/punctuation correctness BEFORE you ADD TO CART.

Once you have checked out, your order will be in production and CANNOT be canceled. Hunter's Corner is not liable for any misspellings or otherwise incorrect text provided by customer.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
